Basket bags have been around for decades, but they look especially chic to me this season. I love the top handled variety that add a touch of formality to such a casual style. Sweet.
I’m on the fence about Chloe’s Nellie sandal. Are they fabulous or completely over the top? My clothing style is pretty straightforward, so I’ve always been a fan of unique shoes to shake things up. These could be amazing on, plus they’re somewhat versatile…not too dressy for jeans or too casual for a dress.
Once thought a sure fashion faux-pas, denim on denim looks good these days. The key to looking current, at least in my opinion, is to wear a denim shirt or jacket that has a little edge, with unique details from re-sewn pockets to intentional faded or frayed imperfections.
