A PACKING MUST…
I’m really good about wearing sunscreen daily on my face and chest…its become a habit I don’t even think twice about. However, on beach days, long walks and prolonged exposure in the sun, no matter how much sunscreen I put on my chest, I still get a tan line and freckles. The last few years, I’ve added a lightweight breathable scarf to my beach bag, and would never travel without one. A hat can only cover so much and most cover-ups still have an open neckline, so a scarf saves me. I keep it loosely draped on my sunscreened chest, and haven’t had a tan line since. I’ll even out any contrast between my tanner arms and chest with a swipe of self tanner.

I’ve done this for years but use inexpensive rayon pareos to keep shoulders
and chest from too much sun.

That works too! Good idea.
