For those bracing the next wave of winter storms, a respite is in order with a chance to dream of warmer days ahead. This very low-key beach bungalow in Goa belongs to French designer Laurence Doligé and perfectly captures the easygoing aesthetic of her collections (she also has her boutique, Vacances, here).
The single structure with woven bamboo walls solely houses a bedroom and bath with all other living spaces outside on the sand. The color story is simple…black, white and natural rattan…allowing the setting and abundant greenery to dictate the tone. Doligé also likes to take advantage of her surroundings using palm fronds, fruits and flowers as decor with collectibles from her travels adding to the definitive boho-chic sensibility.
