After an unexpected rainy Saturday, we’re having an unusually hot, muggy Sunday. Rather than cook dinner, I’m feeling inspired to make this delicious looking Bruschetta Bar from What’s Gaby Cooking and call it a day. She gets the California lifestyle and shares it through her delicious recipes and ideas for entertaining. Using her Bruschetta Bar as a starting point, I might add some fresh veggies, fruits and protein to satisfy everyone’s taste in the family. I’ll also keep this in mind for entertaining and swap out my go-to cheese plate for an unexpected treat.
