Sandal season is officially here with the start of spring and with that comes perfectly pedicured toes. I’ve been searching forever for a nude polish for my toes that is complementary to my skin tone with hints of pink or grey, and I think I’ve found two. Deborah Lippman’s, A Fine Romance (pink undertones) and Like Dreamers Do (greyish/mauve), are subtle and soft and designed to work with most skin tones. Lippman’s quality polishes are my absolute favorite. They go on beautifully and stay put for days. Starting with All About That Base, which evens the color of the nail bed, fills in ridges and primes for polish, has been the key for me to keep my manicure in tact for a week. No gels required. It also moisturizes and strengthens nails without any harsh chemicals. On my hands, I’m addicted to Baby Love. It is the perfect nude that slightly whitens the nail making it appear healthy without any fake pink or peach tones. I can’t find anything better. To top it off, Deborah Lippmann nail colors do not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP (dibutyl phthlate), or camphor, and are not tested on animals.
