I’ve not always been a fan of jumpsuits, especially the type that are trying to look like a top perfectly tucked in a pant. But the current crop of casual utility-inspired styles are another story. I like that they’re not trying to pretend to be anything other than what they are. And of course, the ease of one-and-done dressing is very appealing. I just roll up the cuffs and slip on a flat and I’m good to go.

So happy this outfit made your blog today because I was iffy on a purchase I made up in Ojai this past weekend. I brought home almost the identical jumpsuit and contemplated if it was too “young” for me. Now I will wear in AGE confidence! Just have to lay off the liquid intake that day. Thank Karima.
Karima
Not too young at all. I’ve been inspired by others our age who wear the look well. And yes, I hear you about the liquid intake! That’s actually a huge factor I considered before making the purchase. The ease of slipping on and off when required. :)

You look so cute in your jumpsuit❣️
Karima
Thank you. Visiting soon???

You look fabulous! I have those slides so I think I need the jumpsuit too! #twinning :)
Karima
Thank you. Yes, you can’t have the slides without a jumpsuit…and vice versa!

I’ve been wanting to purchase a jumpsuit like this for some time, but can never find one with an inseam that is long enough. I’m 6′ tall and find most of these are cut for more petite women. I know, such problems!
Karima
That’s usually my problem too. This utility style lends itself to a baggy look which makes it a much more feasible option for us tall gals.

I have a vintage denim jumpsuit that I’ve yet to wear- will post a pic. You and Alyson Walsh of TNMA have emboldened me to pull it out. You look great, btw. Coming to NYC soon?
Karima
Thanks Preston. I would love to see the vintage denim jumpsuit. Sounds like perfection to me. I just put a trip to NYC on my calendar. I’ll message you the dates…
