Three new pieces topping my wish list include Gianvito Rossi’s gorgeous suede boot, Saint Laurent’s detailed belt and Bottega Veneta’s convertible clutch.
Gianvito Rossi’s sand colored suede boot is a simplified take on the classic Western style. I love the slightly slouched shaft and tonal beauty of the stacked wood heel. Luxe, simple and gorgeous.
Belts have been on my radar, so when I spot a good one, I grab it. Saint Laurent’s appliquéd quilted suede belt is exactly what I’m talking about. It also comes in solid black, but I think this russet color story is what makes it unique and special. The floral appliqué adds a vintage-inspired vibe that translates to both boho and sophisticated styles. I’d wear it with head-to-toe black, white or denim adding a cool note to an otherwise simple outfit or belted over a dress, either printed or solid.
As much as I love Bottega Veneta’s revived 1980 classic, The Lauren, the practical side of me had a hard time with the limited capabilities of a bag without a strap. I’m more inclined to invest in this versatile style that transitions from a clutch to a shoulder or cross-body bag with an adjustable, removable strap. I love the slim box shape and quiet edge detail on the front flap too. Elegant, simple and modern, this is a forever bag. Also available in black, navy, red, and denim blue.

I just bought Gianvito Rossi’s white chunk heel spring sandal. A modern take on the naked foot style. His entire collection @ Barney’s NY was great. The Rossi apple didn’t fall far from the tree!
