Soaking in a hot tub at the end of the day is my favorite way to unwind. I follow the same ritual using a mix of epsom salts and coconut oil. I store the salts in a large glass canister and use a found seashell for the scoop. Depending on the season and my mood, I add a scented essential oil to the water. I have an enclosed courtyard with a fountain outside my bathroom window, so I open it for the breeze and soothing sound of water trickling. While soaking, I use either a scrub or mask for my face, then light a candle and sink into relaxation.

It all sounds so wonderful! Love the idea of a sea shell for your scoop! Will look for one the next time I have shells available to me.
