This is my inspiration for The Perfect Fall Cheese Platter that I’ll attempt to recreate for our Thanksgiving gathering. I love everything cluttered on the rustic board in a casual arrangement mixing fruits with nuts and cheeses and that beautiful hunk of honeycomb! According to Honestlyyum.com, one of may favorite recipe/food blogs, start by filling the corners of the boards and then work your way in…focusing on clusters. Use whatever fruits are locally in season and add the classic combination of a hard, soft, bleu and aged cheeses. The result is an artful display that not only looks good but tastes delicious.
