It all started with Chanel. Last year’s Fall-Winter 21/22 collection alerted my radar to look at peach in a fresh, modern way. The show opened with a textured jacket layered under black paired with check trousers. This refreshed my memory from an image from the Resort 22 collection (above, bottom left) of a pair of coral trousers. I made a mental note to think of peach as a fresh replacement for a more expected tan neutral.
Once my mind was set on adopting this hue to my wardrobe, it seemed like the color was everywhere. Different shades look fabulous nonchalantly layered together, but a single piece also acts as a modern pop to an everyday uniform. The spectrum from peach to coral to terracotta all do the trick. I’ve even introduced it to my makeup palette with Rouge Dior Lipstick in Perfect Paris and a shimmer of Minette blush from Westman Atelier. Everything’s peachy for me.

Love it! I have some peach items in my closet (even a leather jacket) that I am so excited to unearth this Spring! I love shopping in my own closet – so sustainable…
