A Khaki Trench – The Forever Piece

Once again, the trusty trench coat not only comes in handy with these torrential downpours we’ve had lately, but also offers endless opportunities to look super chic. Tossed on over anything, and instantly I feel pulled together and dressed. Look closely at the frayed, raw edge detail on the Maggie Marilyn version above. Love.  I’m forever returning to the simple palette of white, black and tan and think it looks better than ever right now. A white bag is the instant update I’d like and I’m hoping to finally pull the trigger this spring. It can simply make the outfit.
