leather jacket, tote, boots, earrings, eye palette, jeans
My go-to footwear for fall travel is a lug-sole boot. The couple of inches a thick sole adds means I’m able to navigate cobblestone streets or uneven terrain for a full day of walking with comfort and ease. If you’ve followed my travel posts over the years, you’ve see me wearing variations on the boot above over and over. Along with sneakers and loafers, they are an essential item in my wardrobe for home and away.
A leather jacket and a roomy tote are additional fall pieces I reach for on a regular basis. I already have both of those items in black and would like to switch up the palette. The burgundy Celine tote and cognac Vince leather jacket have my attention. They’re beautiful together, with other neutrals, and would be striking back to all black. The final essential piece for a tightly edited fall wardrobe is a pair of hoop earrings. A nod to Chanel’s iconic quilting, the Coco Crush pair above are super chic.
