During fashion week, I share highlights from the runway shows on my Instagram stories. A lot of the looks don’t necessarily translate to anything I’d wear, but they’ve caught my eye for some reason – pure beauty, interesting details, modern color palettes, etc. When I review my favorites, the images form an overall mood of what I can look forward to for the next season, or get a jump on now.
Paris Fashion Week wraps up today with Chanel which always provides a heavy dose of inspiration.
Bottega Veneta, The Row, Max Mara, and Khaite have all hit high notes for me.
A few takes so far:
-layered hemlines, preferably with a contrasting texture or color (above: Bottega Veneta)
-black, white, wine (above: Partow, Bottega Veneta, Khaite)
-basic tops (tank, crew, henley) with fabulous skirts (above: Valentino, Bottega Veneta)
-strapless tops (above: Ports 1961, Khaite, The Row)
-monochromatic looks (above: Nili Lotan, Max Mara, Nili Lotan)
