Last year, I purchased a navy wool slim maxi skirt (below). It had a very high waist and was exactly what I wanted to wear to an event. I paired it with a navy silk blouse but know it has years of wear ahead worn with sweaters and a number of other shirts. It’s my winter hero piece. So, when I spotted a similar style in black from Wardrobe.NYC, I had to give it a try. Another hero piece in my book. The structured fabric lends itself to year round events. The top shown isn’t my style but I can make a run with at least a dozen other pieces I already have in my closet. Wardrobe.NYC is now officially on my radar.
