A couple of weeks ago, I posted Newness I Like which included the above Dries Van Noten jacket. I ordered it quickly and crossed my fingers it would fit and be all I hoped for. It did and is exactly what I wanted. It satisfies my quest to continue building outfits with little cropped jackets – a silhouette I find incredibly versatile. The Dries piece is going fast. The combination of being a runway item and the announcement of Dries stepping away from his brand spiked high interest. I love the color and fabric – a soft twill that falls nicely open or closed. It also comes in a black linen blend which I’ve ordered as well. Perfect for spring and summer.
