Sandy shades of suede are a beautiful way to introduce a fresh vibe to summer looks. My favorite items in this realm are shoes and fortunately there are some gorgeous options to choose from. The color story looks especially appealing against white clothing and lightly tanned (faux, of course) skin. The Row Mary Jane is my favorite. I have it in black leather and it might be the most comfortable shoe in my closet. They’re beginning to show their wear. It has a very thin sole which has me holding back on the beige suede option. I know they’d get beat up pretty quickly, but they are otherwise so perfect. A loafer is probably a more safe buy. Loro Piana, Vince, and Gianvito Rossi are all excellent. Lots of belts too but I prefer one with some other distinctive detail, like the eyelets on Toteme’s belt, to keep it interesting. For bags, the slouchier the better. Khaite has good offerings with the drawstring bag above and the padded tote here. For a well priced option, look at this one from Staud.
