GOOD ENOUGH TO GIFT

GOOD ENOUGH TO GIFT

When I’ve found a product that delivers, I want to share the goodness. So when it comes to gifting season, I simply look at my favorites. Having a personal connection to the product makes the gift special. I think the recipient appreciates that too. A few highlights…

Chanel La Crème Main – I’ve used this for years and have gifted it more than a number of times. The scent is light, the moisture just right and the egg shaped container slips into my bag with ease. Everyone loves this!

Chanel Mascara –  I tried on a friend’s recommendation a few years ago and have never looked back. It’s a splurge for mascara but in my opinion worth the price. I have the primer too and use that when I want more dimension and length. The Limited Edition Holiday Gift Set has them both, plus an eyeliner, in a very stylish ivory tweed case. Such a great gift, and bound to sell out. There is also a gift set with the Chanel mascara and a lipstick.

Byredo – I’ve always loved their unique fragrances so it’s a natural to carry that into a soap and lotion. The duo makes a great gift. Rose, Bal d’Afrique and Suede are universal winners.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops and Nécessaire Body Retinol– I use the Glow Drops as a mid-day refresher or in the evening over makeup for a faint glow. I’m furthering the use of retinol on my face with Necessaire’s The Body Retinol. I feel like I’ve seen a slight improvement so I’m sticking with it for now.

Hermès Lipstick and Balm– I love this duo of two favorite tried and true Hermès lip care products. The Rose Hermès adds a hint of color and looks great on everyone.

London Town – When I started using London Town nail products, I immediately noticed a change in the health of my nails. The Conditioning Lacquer Remover is a game changer and I’ll never use harsh acetone again. When my nails were most damaged, I used the Get Well Recovery for a few weeks then switched over to the polishes. My current combo is their Illuminating Nail Concealer and Top Coat (nicely paired in this set). A sheer pale hint of color with a high shine finish that lasts at least a week. Dior Crème Abricot cream is on my nightstand and has been a repeat purchase for years.

Chanel Retractable Brushes – I love these for travel. Dual-ended brushes for eyes or lips in each cartridge streamlines what I need when on the go. The singular face brushes for blush, foundation or powder are equally excellent.
