I’m wearing just a hint of the season in my outfits lately. Gatherings are more casual than ever, so I’m relying on pieces I’d wear on a daily basis. I’m simply introducing them in fresh colors or fabrics that feel more in line with the holidays. Cashmere sweaters in pine green or cranberry for starters. They pair nicely with jeans anytime but I’ve been wearing them with a new favorite pant from Theory…in velvet. The silhouette is similar to a loose jean and they fit just as comfortably. When I want to dress them up, I’m pairing them with a silk blouse. A chunky polished loafer or low heel boot completes the look.
La Ligne Sweater in green, black, white. Amazingly comfortable sweater. I sized up for a slouchy fit.
Theory Velvet Pants in black or navy.
Bottega Veneta Loafers in black or cognac. Chunky, mid-height heel that’s comfortable.
Nili Lotan Belt in black or brown. I have both colors. It’s my go-to belt.
La Ligne Sweater, Nili Lotan Belt, as before.
Frame The Ruler jeans. My new favorite slim silhouette. Flattering fit without being tight. And the longer length looks more modern than a crop. Will get in more colors as they become available.
Toteme low heel slim boot. I also have in brown. The elongated toe box works well with slim or wide leg pants.
Theory Velvet Pants, Nili Lotan Belt, as before.
Vince Silk Blouse in black. I also have navy. This is my go-to silk blouse to wear with jeans, trousers, skirts…it works with everything. I size up for a relaxed fit.
Bottega Veneta Loafer Pump. One of my favorite heeled loafers. Love the polished calfskin and the comfortable block heel.
As a Saks Partner, I shopped for all of these pieces at Saks Fifth Avenue. From closet staples to elevated essentials, they have everything I need to continually build a timeless wardrobe.
