FRESH SUMMER ACCESSORIES

FRESH SUMMER ACCESSORIES

My wardrobe is fairly consistent with classic pieces so I like adding fresh, seasonal accessories to bring a little flair to my looks. In collaboration with Mytheresa, I handpicked items that would boost my summer outfits while still staying true to my style. Think raffia bags, bucket hats and flat sandals – summer staples with a twist. Mytheresa remains my go-to destination for online luxury shopping when I want to find that special piece or unique item. I’m never disappointed with their selection and as I’ve mentioned before, their customer service is top notch. I found plenty of options for my seasonal update on Mytheresa highlighting a few favorites below.

I immediately fell in love with Gucci’s bright floral print bucket hat. The colors add life to anything else I’m wearing and the GG pattern on the reverse side acts as a neutral. I like to wear bucket hats year round and have quite a collection. I often have one folded in my bag and always take at least a couple on trips. The reverse from a beige neutral to a vibrant pattern on this Gucci style will prove to be very versatile.

A small raffia bag is perfect to carry for casual summer evenings out. I was looking for a clutch that felt more elevated than something I’d throw in my beach bag. The Valentino Garavani V-Logo bag answered the call. The leather handle and gold hardware add a sophisticated detail to the chic Giraffe Re-Edition pattern. Exclusive to Mytheresa, the petite size is just big enough for my phone, credit card, lipstick, glasses and keys. I also like the Loro Piana Suitcase Stripe Raffia Pouch and Max Mara’s patterned clutch.

I have a couple favorite new sandals this season. One being the Valentino Garavani single Roman Stud thong. In gold, it was included in my post on metallic accessories for summer. When I find a piece I love and know I’ll wear a lot, I’ll buy it in a second color. A deep brown (on sale) or warm cognac suede look especially stylish in this style and will anchor so many looks. I don’t need another black sandal but am very tempted with this one.

Thank you Mytheresa for sponsoring this post.

    You look great!!!

    Everything is quite lovely…..

If you don’t mind though, can you share the details on your blue shirt & pearl necklaces……..

I love the crispness, the neckline & button placement on the shirt and the finer pearl size of the necklaces…..

    Many thanks,
    bea

      Thank you!
The shirt is from A SHIRT STORY and the pearl necklaces are old, held on to from my teen years.

    Hello Karima,
I love all your wardrobe selections but wonder how one edits? I love your style and would love to buy all your selections and suggestions but cannot so how do I decide which is the right item going forward.
I live in Tampa so climate is not seasonal… any suggestions .
