FAVORITE THINGS: PART TWO

FAVORITE THINGS: PART TWO

This is the second in an ongoing series of favorite things. I post a lot on styling ideas and fabulous products so I think it’s also good to see what actually ends up in my closet and what I wear on repeat. In this image, I’m wearing three pieces that have been part of my grab and go daily style lately. I wrote about the Bottega Veneta Andiamo bag previously and can’t speak highly enough on the quality, comfort, and versatility. This may be one of the few bags I’ll repeat in another color. The burgundy is calling my name. As far as ease, the one and done Brochu Walker Looker sweater makes me feel dressed and pulled together without a thought. I toss it on over faded or dark jeans, black pants and slim skirts. The cream and white looks fresh this time of year too. For jewelry, one bold piece is clean, modern and fuss free. Again, the ease of slipping on a cuff trumps fastening bracelets or necklaces. The Sidney Garber cuff is a timeless piece I’ll treasure forever.

Bottega Veneta bag in Acorn, Dark Brown, Barolo (burgundy). Brochu Walker sweater in almond, black, or gray. Sidney Garber cuff.

I realized as I was putting this together that the first Favorite Things story was only posted on Instagram. Here is a repeat so we’re caught up in one place.

Reposting from @anoteonstyle: Over the next few weeks, I’m sharing a few of my favorite things. Call it a sure to please gift suggestion, these are items I love and wear often. Starting with the beautiful double hoop earrings from Devon Woodhill Jewelry. Accented with tiny diamonds, they catch the light and delicately sparkle. So pretty on. I’m wearing them from day to night. Available in yellow, rose, or white 18k gold. Love mine!

Love the new series! Thanks for continuing to blog over the years. Been more focused on jewelry lately now that I have all the coats, sweaters, shoes and dresses I want for the season. Would you consider additional posts on figuring out your personal jewelry style?
