After ten years in business, Toteme staged its first runway show for the Fall 2024 collection. Having purchased Toteme over the years, I like how the aesthetic continually stays true to the brand. With the latest collection, I can layer in new pieces with what I already own. This is wardrobe building simplified. The classic silhouettes are slightly tweaked giving them a modern sensibility but the accessories and shoes are the finishing touch that make the statement. There’s the elongated toe boot peeking out from a straight slouch hem that looks super chic. And Toteme bags get better every season. As I continue on my no logo bag journey, these are stylish options. Other details include interesting necklines – either wrapped or with a relaxed, funnel. My favorite look though is a brown leather straight dress accessorized with a crocodile bag and fluffy stole. Fabulous!
