WHAT TO WEAR / WHAT TO PACK…

I like the soft beige, almost blush, hue in a lot of the spring collections, especially for travel. Rather than resort to all black and denim, my usual packing companions, I’d like to soften my look with some of these colors. They make a beautiful combination with hits of white or black. It’s a color story that’s easy to wear, and can be built around classic pieces or on trend shapes.

The soft fabric and slouchy silhouette of the HUGO trench is an instant update to a classic piece. With wide lapels and rolled up sleeves, it’s a perfect transitional piece.

More slouch in STELLA MCCARTNEY‘s crepe track pants. The perfect luxe – sports look to wear day or night and much less expected than basic slim pants.

Whenever I see a photo of someone wearing these shoes from STELLA MCCARTNEY, I’m surprised. They actually look less clunky and massive on the foot. That being said, I have my mind set on finding a chic platform oxford or loafer this year. Perhaps not quite this high.

I like to incorporate grey knits in my wardrobe year round, so this light weight crew would be a nice option. Sheer cuffs with a ruffle edge are a unique detail…from TOGA.

Still loving the clean look and feel of THE ROW‘s Sideby Crossbody Bag. It’s a beautiful shade of beige and the textured leather adds an everyday – casual feel.
