One of my favorite color combinations is khaki with grey so this outfit is easy for me. I have a number of pieces in these colors so mixing them up in various ways is right up there with wearing black. The last few years, I’ve paid attention to voids in my closet and one was tan booties. A desert type boot is the solution…pure comfort and a little rugged. Perfect for running around. I think the color translates nicely to suede and ends up working so well with various shades of brown, khaki and beige. The fur-lined cape might not get a ton of wear in southern California, but it’s perfectly appropriate for travel to cooler climates. A lightweight khaki trench would be an easy swap.
