NOT YOUR BASIC BLOUSE AND SWEATER

NOT YOUR BASIC BLOUSE AND SWEATER

I still haven’t had a chance to track down the perfect white shirt, but I did find this pretty blouse and sweater. Yes, I love having a well-stocked closet full of basics, but it’s nice to sprinkle in few special things as well. Enter these two pieces from Ganni I spotted while shopping on MyTheresa.

They’ll both slip in beautifully to my wardrobe and easily pair back to denim – a detail I always take into consideration. In reality, I’m wearing jeans most of the time, so it’s important to have a variety of tops to elevate that look.

The removable scarf on the georgette polka dot blouse offers loads of versatility in styling. I played with it tied in a knot in front and wrapped and draped in the back. The oversized ruched sleeve is dramatic but not over the top. I love this blouse with any shade of denim, but worn with a high waist black leather skirt or pant would be super chic too.

Same goes for the button embellished detail on the tan cashmere Ganni sweater below. On its own, or layered, it has loads of styling options and elevates an outfit a bit more than an everyday basic.

These two items are part of this week’s transitional wardrobe picks from Mytheresa.com. When I feel my wardrobe needs a boost, I refer to MyTheresa. I don’t see the same styles on repeat from other sites and often find special pieces, like this blouse and sweater. Plus, their service and selection are exceptional making the shopping process easy and enjoyable.

Thank you MyTheresa for supporting this post.
