JACKETS AND WHITE JEANS – THE PERFECT SPRING PAIRING

JACKETS AND WHITE JEANS – THE PERFECT SPRING PAIRING

I never really give my white jeans a seasonal rest. In the winter, I like the way they look with boots and sweaters and are a refreshing change to my darker denim pieces. For spring, I’ll give white jeans a transitional spin by pairing with a variety of jackets in different weights and colors. This navy Joseph wrap looks on point for the season layered with white. A loafer, or even better a sandal, takes it further into relevancy. Similar in weight to the ecru jacket I posted earlier this week, the fabric translates well for wearability throughout the next few months.

If I want to pull together a dressier look, I’ll slip on a white blazer for a tonal look. I love this wrap style from Dorothee Schumacher (exclusive to MyTheresa) in a stretch jersey. I think it looks especially chic closed and belted to highlight a bare neckline which is ripe for the addition of a statement necklace. I prefer to ground an all white look with either a heavy or dark shoe. A loafer or thick soled sandal would be my first choices.

This post is in collaboration with MyTheresa.com and is a continuation of my transitional picks this week from their beautifully curated site. For online luxury shopping, I make my life simple by trusting MyTheresa will provide exceptional service, a broad selection and an excellent quality of product. It is my go-to shopping destination when I want a special item or to find designers not readily available everywhere. With over 250 international designers and hundreds of new arrivals every week, there’s always something I fall in love with.
