As fall merchandise trickles in, I’ve started a moodboard with things on my radar. Over the next several weeks, I’ll edit and prioritize ultimately creating a wish list. Three new additions to the board include a cropped, boxy tweed jacket, a lug sole ankle boot, and something with a bit of shimmer. The Celine blouse is a fabulous color and would style well with a number of looks – day or night. The tweed jacket may be a little challenging for Southern California weather, so I’ll need to consider weight before a final purchase. There are plenty of options in this category and I may even go the route of sourcing a vintage Chanel. The lug sole boot will replace other chunky boots I already own. By adding this pair, I can part with three similar styles (all slightly different) taking up precious closet space. That seems like a good edit.
