I’m impressed with a number of resale sites that have elevated the shopping experience for pre-owned clothing. With detailed descriptions of the garments, full measurements, and several high quality photos, I’ve been able to shop comfortably and with confidence. Gone are the days when “vintage” online shopping was sketchy. The new sites are polished and present editorials much like popular luxe retailers Net-a-Porter or Mytheresa. Kern_1 (where I purchased the above jacket), ReSee, Reluxe, and RARCHIVE carefully curate inventory that’s exciting to peruse. I love the hunt and uniqueness of a previously owned garment knowing when I style it, the look will be my own.
