Two images on Net-A-Porter show exactly how I’d like to style my neutral skirts, shorts and pants. The Co maxi skirt is an easy piece in breezy poplin. Yes, there’s volume, but that’s what makes it chic. I don’t wear shorts often, but when I do, they’re tailored and loose. Alex Mill makes a fantastic pair with great proportions. And, I always pair shorts with flats. I’d also top either style with a cropped knit or blouse tied at the waist.
