We went to Lanai over Thanksgiving, and I was unprepared when it came to packing. I hadn’t updated my resort wear in a while and wished I had some fresh pieces to take with me. With that in mind, I’m hand picking a few styles from NET-A-PORTER to fill in and have me updated for the next go. I don’t stray far from a uniform of tunic dresses or coverups, flat sandals, raffia bags and fuss free jewelry. A few favorites from this round up include the bow tied Khaite raffia bag, and an assortment of pieces from lemlem – both cover ups and dresses. I pack a pair of flat sandals to wear with everything from breakfast to dinner and then a more substantial, casual sandal for walking. I like the simple platform thong from Loewe. A pop of strong color is good in a resort setting, like Zimmermann’s frayed terry short caftan in red – the it color from the 2024 spring collections.
