Like so many people, I look at January as a time for a re-set. After being preoccupied with the holidays, my routine was a little off course and I’m anxious to get back to my routine. It was last year at this time that I tried ProLon for the first time and little did I know how much my health would benefit from the program. So I’m excited, yes actually excited, to start 2020 with another round of the five-day fast.
Throughout the year, ProLon organizes a Fasting Week with community support, educational articles and videos, plus tons of motivational inspiration. The next one is January 6-10th so I’m ordering a kit today (they recommend ordering by the 27th) to be sure to have it on hand when I’m ready to start.
