In Flight Style

In Flight Style

From the archives. Updated June 2022.

Variations on these key pieces are the mainstay of what I like to wear in flight. The destination and time of year dictate the jacket and shoe, but the other items are pretty much reliable staples. Comfortable jeans that can be worn with a variety of shoes, a scarf to transform several looks and add warmth in flight, a lightweight crossbody bag and a simple shirt have proved to be my travel uniform. They all go the extra mile with endless styling options once I’ve reached my destination too.

I love this look. I just have a problem with a rain coat that has no hood.

Me too but it seems trench style I like never has hood.

There are some, but I agree, most trench coats I like don’t have hoods. Plus, they tend to look much more sporty with a hood, in my opinion.

HERE is a link to several options in a variety of price points…with hoods.
