MY SAVED FALL FAVORITES

We’ve been dealing with a heat wave for days now, so I’m shopping for fall as a distraction. I started by revisiting a folder I created with favorite new pieces. I love the forward leaning silhouettes in knitwear from Khaite. Just a slight tweak, in this case cropped with a wide ribbed hem, gives them a cool (yet very wearable) spin. Again, with the benefit of a slight tweak, the Dior ballet pump with a sharp asymmetrical buckle is super chic. And the Saint Laurent Charlie bag is an easy, under the radar cross body perfect for travel. I know the slouchy belt/banana bag is the “it” item and the cross body is a little passé, but I don’t care. Practicality takes precedent and the cross body is easier for me to access.
