Over the weekend, I went back through the 2021 moodboards I created for A Note on Style and picked a favorite from each month. What became immediately apparent to me in the review is how much I still love each and every piece I previously shared. In fact, I could do a post on many of the items today and they would feel just as relevant. It also did not go unnoticed how much I like to use black year round as an anchor for so many different looks. Bravo for consistency!

Love them all, especially the pearls from Jan/Feb and the elevated basics from winter. But August was cool!

All are stunning, but September may be my favorite as I’m steering away from black, especially for tops. A big yes for classic pieces.
